Colour:

• The wheat is golden, which shows golden opportunities if you join the country.
• The colours of the men in the backround are drab and brown, but it could be made more exciting if they joined Canada West.
• The British, and American Man have bright colours on, which shows that if you immigrate there you will be bright and cheerful. 

Slogan:

• The Slogan, "Now then, all together"! shows that this will be a united country, and everybody is welcome. 

Symbols:

• The fact that the British and the German men are fat, shows wealth in the country, and even if you are wealthy in either of those country, you can keep your wealth if you move to Canada West.
• The way all the men are titled and wearing the typical dress of their country shows that all countries, and cultures are welcome.
